Acquisition Project Manager
Location: West Midlands (Hybrid)
Start date: ASAP
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £50k + Health Insurance + Holiday + Bonus + Hybrid Working + Pension

Allied Resource are very proud to be working with one of the UK’s leading mobile infrastructure companies. Our client now requires a commercially astute Acquisition Controller/Manager, reporting to the National Acquisition Manager. Recent experience of working in a professional telecoms business along with a detailed understanding of full lifecycle Design, Planning and Acquisition for telecommunications projects.

Responsibilities

- Instruct and manage external design suppliers, incorporating the oversight of the production of drawings, and ensure quality control for the projects allocated to you.
- Submit planning applications and manage external planning consultancies.
- Engage with cross-functional disciplines to drive projects through to completion.
- Prepare legal agreements and liaise with external legal services.
- Hold responsibility for financial and project reporting.
- Manage HOP process for customer projects.
- Own data integrity of internal database.
- Attend face to face meetings with customers and suppliers.
- Support suppliers and other client members on site/project specific issues.

Must Have

- Experience working in a fast-paced telecommunications environment.
- Good knowledge of current legal legislation affecting the sector and wider business.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to create financial modelling and manage projects.
- Strong eye for detail with ability to methodically follow process.
- Great organisation and communication skills, easily builds strong relationships both internally and externally across customers and suppliers.
- Experienced in senior management reporting.
- Approachable, customer driven attitude, fully invested in managing quality outcomes within tight time scales.
- Degree level or equivalent, ideally property related (desirable).
- Full UK License and owns a personal vehicle.
