Civils Supervisor
Location: South UK (travel across an area covering Oxford to Portsmouth could be required)
Start date: ASAP
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Vehicle + Fuel + Healthcare + Pension + Holiday

Allied Resource are currently working with a fantastic company within the UK telecoms industry. Our client now requires experienced Civils Supervisors to ensure the smooth delivery of street works aspects of their telecommunications projects around the South of the UK, working on one of the UK’s fastest growing networks.

Responsibilities:

- Complete and record site meetings with various stakeholders and authorities
- Supervise Civils Gangs on fibre network build.
- Host toolbox talks and audit the site for performance and safety
- Undertake site surveys
- Quality check all work
- Manage contractors performing OSP work including QA to ensure standards and regulations.
- Train and mentor on the job
- Design backhaul segments using utility pole routes, as well as identify suitable locations for fibre build.
- Ensure site is adhering to Health and Safety regulations

Must Have:

- Civils Supervisor experience with a background in telecoms projects is desirable, however we will consider alternative utilities experience.
- NRSWA Card 1-9.
- NRSWA Supervisor (Desirable)
- Full UK Driving License.
