Data Cabling Engineers
Location: Leighton Buzzard
Start date: ASAP
Job Type: Permanent (40 hours per week)


Allied Resource are currently recruiting for various Engineering positions around Buckinghamshire / Bedfordshire areas. Our client are a company who operate around the UK delivering Cabling Infrastructure services in all types of environments. We are looking for Engineers who are proficient with both internal Copper and Fibre with the ability to work in a team or unsupervised.

Responsibilities:
- Installation of copper (both UTP and shielded) cabling systems.
- Installation of Fibre Optic cabling systems.
- Installation of Wi-Fi communication systems.
- Understanding and usage of patching schedules.
- Termination of Structured Cabling systems.
- Understand how to correctly use Fluke tester and download results.
- Assisting with small site surveys.

Must Have:
- Strong experience in Installation / Termination of Internal Copper and Fibre systems.
- Ability to gain SC Clearance.
- IPAF, PASMA & other industry related H&S Certs (Desirable as company can put you through some).
- In date ECS/CSCS Card.
- Willingness to travel further afield dependant on company projects.
- Full UK driving licence.
