Job Title: Network Audit / Site Manager - FTTx
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience
Location: Somerset Region
Reports to: Delivery Manager

Allied Resource are currently looking for an experienced Network Auditor/Supervisor on behalf of our client to join their ever-growing team. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the Delivery of a quality FTTH network. The Network Audit Site Manager will be the point of contact for in field related network audit activities. Dealing with all quality and build related issues throughout build with the regional delivery manager in support.

Responsible for Overseeing Opening/Closing Work Sites.
Quality compliance during construction
Progress Reporting
Coordination of works with other Site Managers (Civils/Cabling/Splicing)
Quality Audits

Variation/Change Management.
Pre-Start Meetings
Streetworks Planning
Setting Out Sites

* Monitoring supplier partner daily activities
* Stakeholder management and engagement with the Highways Authority with field activities
* Customer facing, regular interactions with members of the public through management of any customer field related concerns/issues
* Adhere to all Health & Safety standards ensuring they are being applied by the contractor and maintained during delivery
* Regular inspections of the contractor's quality
* Ensuring adequate sample inspections, for submitted and agreed milestones, are taken across the build phase for all field activities
* Populate Fast field delivery & Snagging reports on a daily basis
* Measure the build progress and report back to RDM
* Local Authority stakeholder management
* Carry out core Testing & Trial Holes

* Strong network build management background
* Good understanding of fibre-based telecommunications
* Delivery Management, delivering to pre-defined project schedules
* Subcontractor management/auditing in the field (Mainly Fibre but some Civils)
* Good understanding of wayleaves/Network Access
* Understand and interpret risk assessments & method statements
* Have an awareness of Construction Design Management Regulations Qualifications
* NRSWA accreditation
