FTTH Supervisor

Location: South East (Kent/London/South Coast)
Start date: ASAP
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £32k-£35k + van + overtime

Allied Resource are currently recruiting for a supervisor with experience working on the BT/Openreach PIA to join a fantastic organisation on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the Delivery of a quality FTTH network. Successful candidates will need to have the technical know-how getting their hands dirty, as well as be able to supervise a team of engineers carrying out the work.

- Variation/Change Management.
- Pre-Start Meetings
- Street works Planning
- Setting Out Sites
- Engagement with the Highways Authority with field activities
- Customer facing, regular interactions with members of the public through management of any customer field related concerns/issues
- Adhere to all Health & Safety standards ensuring they are being applied by the build team and maintained during delivery
- Regular inspections of the build teams quality
- Ensuring adequate sample inspections, for submitted and agreed milestones, are taken across the build phase for all field activities
- Populate in house delivery & Snagging reports on a daily basis
-  Measure the build progress and report back to the Build Manager
- Local Authority stakeholder management

Must have
- Minimum 2 years supervising experience
- BT Accreditations: SA001, SA002, S5, S6, S7, S8
- Driving License
