Group Operations Director
Location: Hybrid Remote (Offices based in Reading / Europe)
Start date: February / March 2023
Salary: £100,000 Plus DOE + Fantastic benefits / Bonus

Allied Resource are currently recruiting for a Group Operations Director to work for a Global Telecommunications company based in Reading. The key aspect of this role will be to implement operational excellence across the companies several European locations. Working with the operations function to perform audits, design, and implementation of operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Implement an operations process design for the global company
- Perform audits in all locations to identify improvements that can be made and to ensure the design / implementation of a change management approach.
- Lead from the front and successfully coach the senior teams in operational efficiency.
- Design and implement the rollout of an operational strategy
- Design, implement, and review suitable plans to achieve country objectives such as the profit plan, strategic growth plan, human resource plan etc.
- Attract talent to the business, whilst implementing strategy and training programs to develop existing and new members of staff.
- Improve the global companies overall operational performance.
Must Have:

- Strong operational experience working at a senior level.
- Experience working in a multi-national / global business.
- Proven background in the development of training centres within a company.
- Experience working within the telecommunications industry.
- Innovative thinker able to bring new ideas to a business and implement effectively.
- Excellent management skills able to lead and develop strong teams.
