IT Contact Centre Specialist
Location: Leeds
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 Month Rolling
Day Rate: £220 per day
Allied Resource are currently recruiting for a Contact Centre Specialist to work for a fantastic IT / Technology company, that are in the Forbes Global Digital 100 List. We are looking for candidates with Unified Communications or Voice professional experience, to maintain and improve the function of a contact centre in Leeds.
Our customer is looking for the following questions to be answered in detail by the successful candidate:
1. Explain your current call flow for Contact Centre Setup?
2. The call is not landing on the Agent - Explain Why?
3. What parameters will you test / check in ICM call Manager testing (DR Testing)?
Must Have:
- Experience in using Visio diagrams to script call flows
- Certification in one or more of the following: UCCE / UCCX/ IVR call flow / CCVP
- Knowledge and experience testing IVR and ICM
- Knowledge and experience with Agent logins such as Finesse
- E2E functional testing of CISCO Contact Centre, Egain and Finesse
- One Cloud Contact knowledge or testing of calls / Call recording
