Location: West Yorkshire
Start date: ASAP
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + vehicle/vehicle allowance + up to 20% bonus + healthcare benefits + 25 days holiday (plus BH) + pension scheme.

Allied Resource are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for a fantastic mobile communications company based in the South Yorkshire area. The successful candidate will lead and manage the design and build of kit upgrades on existing rooftop sites, ensuring the smooth running of projects. Responsibilities:

- Managing the resource available on the project and prioritising workload.
- Work closely with internal designers, coordinators, field engineering resource and senior management on the development and implementation of sound processes for successful design and delivery of mobile communications assets.
- Co-ordinating and utilising field resources efficiently.
- Managing and co-ordinating third-party contractors.
- Planning the project to deliver within the constraints of time, cost and quality.
- Anticipate and capture deviations from plan or schedule early and keep all affected parties informed, propose & implement solutions.
- Obtain in a safe manner field data to facilitate the design and drafting process.
- Develop relationships with client contacts.
- Obtain and utilise expertise in client technical specifications and systems to facilitate the successful delivery of the project.
- Preparation and consideration of reports for review by the Rigging Manager & directors.
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and QMS Policies.
- Any other duties that the company may reasonably determine from time to time.

Must Have:

- Project management experience within design and build relating to mobile communications projects.
- Strong key stakeholder management experience.
- Project management qualification (APM, PRINCE2 etc.)
- Team management skills.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Commercial awareness.
- Strong track record in customer facing roles
- Ability to co-ordinate Design and Construction activities.
