Wayleave Manager

Salary: £40-£50k

Allied Resource are currently recruiting for a Wayleave Manager to work for a Telecoms company based in Bath. The successful candidate will lead and motivate a team of 5 wayleave officers. The telecoms company are delivering fibre to homes across the South West, therefore as wayleaves your negotiations will require travel to various sites. Responsibilities: -
- Manage and Lead team of 5 wayleave officers.
- Negotiate wayleave agreements with landlords or local authorities.
- Liaise across the departments to make sure all programmes are delivered on time across the business.

Must Have:

- Wayleave Experience (Ideally Fibre Telecoms)
- Managing/Leading a team
- Full driving license
