Location: Hampshire (Hybrid)
Start date: ASAP
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Package

Allied Resource are currently recruiting for a Wayleave Manager to work for a Telecoms company based in Hampshire. The successful candidate will manage a team of Wayleave officers who will be hybrid/remote based. You will be responsible for the standards, quality and quantity of Wayleave agreements ensuring compliance with all Landlord requirements where applicable.

Responsibilities: -
- Manage and Lead team of wayleave officers.
- Negotiate wayleave agreements with landlords or local authorities, ensuring efficient communication.
- Liaise across the departments to make sure all programmes are delivered on time across the business.
- Ensure standardised Wayleave documentation are being closely adhered to.
- Interface into legal department for support on legal documentation and advice

Must Have:

- Proven experience in Wayleave Management preferably in telecommunications.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Full driving license
