​Audio Visual Service Engineer
Location: London / South East

Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + van + benefits.

Allied Resource are currently recruiting for a AV Service Engineer for a permanent role with a fantastic company. Successful candidates will be providing pro-active and re-active service and maintenance of Audio Visual & Unified Communication equipment and associated technologies on customer premises throughout London & the UK.

Responsibilities:
- Fault finding and repair of AV/UC Systems at client’s premises
- Collating and Administrating callout sheets, records, and asset registers.
- Installation of control programs (QSC/Extron/Crestron) - upload and download capability
- Tracking & Reporting: Complete and present your paperwork to the After Sales Coordinator and keep information up-to-date and accurate.


Must Have:
- Experience in a service engineering role and other experience in the Audio Visual and Unified Comms industry.
- Have a good knowledge of Control systems, AV Over IP, DSP Mixers and audio processing techniques
- Experience of video wall technologies including LED display solutions
- Operational & configuration experience of Unified Communication systems including MS Teams rooms, Zoom rooms & Cisco/Webex
- Good understanding of network setups IP, DHCP, Subnets & VLANs,
