​Microwave Rigging Teams

Start Date: April 2024
Type: Contract or Permanent
Day Rate: £700 - £750 Per Day
Perm Salary: TL - £45K to £47K / 2nd - £38K to £40K

Allied Resource are currently searching for experienced Microwave Rigging Teams looking for long-term contracts or permanent positions with one of the most exciting companies in the UK mobile comms industry. Our client is interested in speaking with teams of 2 to work on various Microwave installation / commissioning projects throughout the UK.

Responsibilities:

- Work on commissioning / rigging tasks to support field installation and maintenance activities.
- Handle physical rigging activities in tower structures, roof tops and telecom installation sites in a safe manner.
- Perform site surveys and audits as instructed.
- Perform and follow site access procedures of site providers in UK
- Site Engineering Surveys / PIVs for new installations and upgrades.
- Ensure that health and safety procedures are followed out at all times.
- Complete acceptance / hand over documentation

Must Have:

- Experience working as a Microwave Telecommunication Rigger.
- First Aid
- Manual Handling
- RF Awareness / Rooftop Safety
- Advanced Climber
- Tower Rescue
- Lifting and rigging certification including use of capstan winch
- Working at Height Medical
