Project Coordinator
Location: London / M25
Start date: ASAP
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience

Allied Resource are looking for a Project Coordinator to work for a fantastic Engineering company located in the heart of London.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure projects are executed efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Serve as a point of contact for engineers and clients.
- Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor and track resource usage and availability.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress and identify any issues that may affect the project timeline or budget.
- Report and escalate issues to the Project Manager as needed.
- Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during the project.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
- Assist with cost control and financial reporting.

Must Have:
- Previous Project Coordinator experience or strong site knowledge wanting to move into the office.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
