​Digital Transformation Director
Location: Relocation Required

Salary: £140,000 per annum + Up to 30% Bonus + Vehicle + Accommodation / Relocation Paid

Allied Resource are currently recruiting for an experienced Digital Transformation Director to work for a fantastic Telecommunications business.

Successful candidates will be responsible for implementing a strategic digital transformation program across all business services (Wireless Communications, Fibre and ICT) to ensure the service to business customers and clients is of the highest standard. You will take ownership of the strategic delivery and execution of this digital transformation initiative by using your digital transformation expertise and execution management skills to ensure the program is implemented successfully.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Core Digital systems across BSS, OCS, and customer front end through a large scale transformation programme to ensure delivery on the technical, business and customer objectives.
• Design, implement & operate the necessary methods and standards to deliver control of the programme.
• Account for the Programme reporting of the overall programme roadmap for the transformation.
• Drive the business demand management process, including prioritization and full engagement and incorporation of all stakeholders across the business.
• Manage and hold accountable Vendor project delivery assurance, ensuring the programme has correct governance in place.
• Manage the resource management, ensuring the programme is resourced correctly with the right skills and number of resources to fulfil programme obligations.
• Drive the change Management throughout the organization in tandem with the Group CEO (introducing change into the business, operation and customer environment)
• Take responsibility and overall management of the Project Budget to ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope and within Budget while responsible for Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies (RAID) management.

Must Have:

• A hands-on Program director that can lead, inspire and motivate your 60 team members
• Must have a proven track record and experience in implementing large Digital Transformation Projects (£10M+ Budgets) in large international enterprise businesses, preferably in the Telecommunications industry.
• Experience working with BSS & OCS is preferable.
• Must have experience managing multiple vendors and ensuring alignment to deliver on the project.
• Must have experience of implementing programme and portfolio control frameworks for organisations with international offices.
