We were involved right from the planning stages of the project, consulting with the team on the best way to manage the engineers, how to ensure we are getting the best out of them and how to price the rollout with the engineers to make it attractive, but also maximise profitability for the business.
Allied were required on weekly meetings (sometimes bi-weekly) to ensure that the project was perfectly run from our end and wewere both aligned to meet targets and quality goals.

Scaling a Workforce to Deliver Nationwide
Our team was required to work tirelessly to ensure that the right labour was brought on board to complete the job to the high quality standard set. We delivered both the senior (Supervisory) staff needed to manage engineers on sites and then began work on the teams. We needed several experienced teams of 2 to complete the installs and ended up with around 13 teams working across the country.
As well as bringing the staff required for the project on board, Allied also had a fantastic aftercare set up. We went above and beyond to work with them to provide regular bi-weekly updates on engineer progress and performance scores for each team. Any teams who were not quick enough, or were not working to the high quality standards set, were immediately swapped out for a new and improved team.
The project was running extremely well for the first 3 months, but was unfortunately postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic in March 2020.

This involved the installation of internal / external cabling along with trunking and then mounting Wi-Fi antennas on the side of the caravan, finally needing to confirm all had been correctly installed and actually working, using both iAuditor and Mercury apps.
We had a strict project plan with deadlines to meet across various sites at once, Allied Resource managed to secure us 40 engineers UK Wide along with 5+ permanent supervisors on a very quick turn around. By partnering with Allied this helped to alleviate a lot of the issues you tend to have on big projects. Together we put in place initial training days, a thorough vetting system to keep on top of the engineers progress & weekly update meetings to ensure everything was running smoothly. Of course, there was still some minor issues, however Allied were very quick to minimise this and replace anycandidates at short notice. This project was unfortunately put on hold due to Covid-19, but will likely be restarting in 2022.
