Microwave Rigging Teams Location: UK Wide Start Date: April 2024 Type: Contract or Permanent Day Rate: £700 - £750 Per Day Perm Salary: TL - £45K to £47K / 2nd - £38K to £40K Allied Resource are currently searching for experienced Microwave Rigging Teams looking for long-term contracts or permanent positions with one of the most exciting companies in the UK mobile comms industry. Our client is interested in speaking with teams of 2 to work on various Microwave installation / commissioning projects throughout the UK. Responsibilities: - Work on commissioning / rigging tasks to support field installation and maintenance activities. - Handle physical rigging activities in tower structures, roof tops and telecom installation sites in a safe manner. - Perform site surveys and audits as instructed. - Perform and follow site access procedures of site providers in UK - Site Engineering Surveys / PIVs for new installations and upgrades. - Ensure that health and safety procedures are followed out at all times. - Complete acceptance / hand over documentation Must Have: - Experience working as a Microwave Telecommunication Rigger. - First Aid - Manual Handling - RF Awareness / Rooftop Safety - Advanced Climber - Tower Rescue - Lifting and rigging certification including use of capstan winch - Working at Height Medical If you are interested in this position, or can recommend anyone else, please contact Josh Wright at Allied Resource Recruitment on 0203 002 2217.

F&S Project Engineer Location: Kent / South East Start Date: February 2024 Job Type: Permanent Salary: £40,000 - £46,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Benefits Allied Resource are currently recruiting for a Project Engineer with a background in Fire & Security to work for a fantastic company based in Kent. The successful candidate will be managing field engineers completing F&S installations all over the South East. You will be required to visit site occasionally and be prepared to be _hands-on_, however if the field engineers are working well this should not be required very often. Responsibilities: - Manage field engineering teams providing support, advice and training where required. - Coordinating and utilising resources & liaising with the project team. - Manage and coordinate third party contractors. - Develop relationships with client contacts, use business development skills to push for more work with existing customers. - Obtain and utilise expertise in client technical specifications and systems to facilitate the successful delivery of sites. - Preparation and consideration of reports for review by the management team. - Keep accurate records of site activity on the company database. - Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety Policies. - Planning the project to deliver within the constraints of time, cost and quality. Allied Resource are currently recruiting for a AV Senior Service Engineer for a permanent role with a fantastic company. Working with the After Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing and arranging support to Service Contract customers. Responsibilities: - Provide Support to Junior Engineers. - Performing Servicing, Maintenance and Breakdown visits. - Collating and Administrating callout sheets, records, and asset registers. - Managing offsite repairs and ensuring revisits are completed in line with SLA’s. - Attend follow up service visits: Document and monitor any outstanding issues and communicate with after Sales Coordinator to organise completion within the schedule and to best meet customer expectations. - Tracking & Reporting: Complete and present your paperwork to the After Sales Coordinator and keep information up-to-date and accurate. Must Have: - At least 5 years’ experience in a service engineering role and other experience in the Audio Visual and Technological industry. - Ability to work through unfamiliar programmed systems and learn while applying knowledge from similar systems. - An excellent understanding of integrated Audio-Visual systems, their maintenance requirements, and the software and hardware that comprise them. - Programming / Installation skills in Lutron or iLight systems. - CEDIA or Avixa accreditation would be beneficial.
